You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact Admin@Pathways2Promise.org within the 30 calendar days to begin the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via paypal. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please include your mailing address for orders you are not downloading.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
